Sorta hate to hear the "coach is supposed to know" approach, given the obscure secretary taking on-line courses for a possible recruit, and our favorite coach knew nothing about it.
Im an older guy and I don't see the big deal about this. I completely disrespect UH because I actually really think they are low class idiots, but I don't think I would search out a way to pee on an emblem or whatever.

I was a Tivy antler and Fredericksburg always put dead deer in our parking lot before we played them. We always put dead Billy goats in theirs. This was late 90s early 2000s. Probably be the biggest news story in the country if that went viral today. I can just imagine the faux outrage now
Lmao at all of you going on about low class. This is what rivalries are all about. Don't get me wrong its making me mad and hopefully our team feels disrespected and comes out with a lot of fire and passion and they hit em in the mouth, but I'm glad they are doing this to make it a rivalry.

It has been so long since anyone bothered to have a rivalry that we forgot what it means. Imagine if they did what goes on every year in real rivalries - stolen mascots or spirit elements, minor vandalism like signs or fountains, etc.
Seriously, that picture is shocking. Hehe, shocking.
Ya'll need to man the [deleted] up or shut up. How to you build a more rabid fan base and grow your program? By creating great rivalries. Everyone [deleted] that the American has almost no traditional rivals. Well, this is part of building a good rivalry...one of those pesky things that big conferences look for when expanding.
