Morris isn't that naïve to help devise plans for a $100-150 Million project as originally talked about and not realize that is a longshot-or at least would take some time

According to Washington Post, Auburn's new IPF cost $23 million. Of course, land is probably as cheap in Auburn as it is in Stillwater.
