This is great for Houston and great for the conference but I really wish that buyout was higher. That's pennies for a top tier P5 team, and if Herman continues dominating at Houston a UT-type of school will come calling and grab him regardless of his contract deal.

If the buyout was too high Herman probably would not have signed the deal.

I think Herman will be at Texas in 2017
