The athletes will use it and that's who it's for. Many colleges have to drive a good ways to use their own facilities so this isn't that hard to get to at all in the big picture.

If it isn't around anymore; the school could resurrect the "Dinky", or provide cheap rentable bikes.

no - nobody will use it. It is the most expensive building on campus on a per student benefitted basis. However we can now scratch it off the list and get on to the important stuff. IPF for football.

Why do you care? Former swimmers are paying for it.

Question. Will the center be open to the public when not in "use" by the teams? There are very few pool only places you can swim at in Dallas, the only other one I know of is jcc

I doubt it is open to the public. This is to swimming what Ford is to football. May be other schools use it for events but this is not a public pool.

so who are mega donors for this project
