You're kidding, right? It's sweltering at 6 PM. Ever been jogging after work? It might -- MIGHT -- be tolerable by the end of the third quarter. Bring lots of water and have a cooler with more in the car for the ride home.

Recently I left north Dallas at 3PM to attend a graduation in Denton that started at 4:30PM. Arrived at graduation 30 minutes late at 5PM. Two hours from north Dallas! Some suggest go up Tollway to end and cut over on 380, but 380 can be bad as well. I guess the key is to leave way early or get a hotel room the night before at the Ritz Carlton Denton! Beat the Green!
Yup, seems like I waited in line for an hour to park for an Euless Trinity - Allen playoff game in December 2014. Felt lucky that there were a few parking spaces left. Then had the long walk over the bridge to the stadium.
Saw a great playoff game though while listening to us get a win over UCONN on the radio.
Where the hell you going to go to and return from. They say the parking is a mile away. Just stash a flask and watch what I am sure will be a thrilling halftime show.
All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand
this is a holiday weekend which will make traffic worse is the Mustang Club offering a bus trip to this game? the bus could probably park right next to the stadium have a few drinks while sitting in north and south bound I-35 traffic problem solved
ps: mrydel sings Judas Priest "Breaking The Law"....lol

I don't get that either. Most all places serve beer now so what is the point of leaving?

Just spoke to someone that works for TX DOT that said; with the enormous construction project, gameday traffic, limited entrances and exits to the stadium, combined with Labor Day weekend traffic...it could be a be a perfect storm for a traffic blackout.
what time are most of you guys leaving for the game? I am planning a 3PM departure from north Dallas (Beltline/Preston). if I leave 3 hours before i just cant see how I could possibly miss kickoff? does anyone know if they have shuttles from the outlying public parking lots at NTSU? My plantar fasciitis has been killing me.
