I picked up the 7 day Sling trial as well for the USC game. Sling was great for watching sports - but has been awful for watching shows like Game of Thrones (which I have been catching up on since I had a free week of HBO and showtime). Seems to lag every 10 minutes during shows. I would not choose to count on Sling for my everyday TV. Great concept though. Perhaps my internet bandwidth is not good - but I never have a problem with Vudu or Netflix.
BTW - no Mountain West on my sling - so I will look elsewhere.
