Barry GreenΓÇÅ @BSG
@SportsDayDFW @dallasnews @AdamGrosbard @dmn_colleges Shockingly irresponsible journalism. Allegations, not facts, by a lawyer wanting $$$.
If Baylor was a company, this would indeed by "bet the company" lawsuit

If what's happening in Waco had been on the Hilltop, the NCAA would have already shut the whole school down and replaced it with a shopping mall.

Terry, I think you have the right to question whether or not 94 is smarter than you.

Everyone is pretty much smarter than me. I have a whole congregation of good people that tell me that pretty much every Sunday.

Baylor will be hearing chants of "no means no" every time they go to an away game. When Ben R had his little situation he was greeted by that chant in Baltimore. I suspect that the NCAA won't need to act. Their administration may pull a Pye and give them a living death penalty. Impose recruiting and academic restrictions that tie the hands of recruiters.

Baylor won't do anything like that-they saw what Pye did to SMU. They hired a Coach with a clean record and I'm sure they'll monitor criminal backgrounds of their recruits-that's about it. You solve problems like this by hiring people with character-not by imploding the program. If SMU had done that in 1984 after Probation No. 4 things would have been different
