but how was the play, Mrs. Lincoln?
(I agree with you, just couldn't pass it up)

Hard for me to remember when I wanted someone as much as Mike. He's already a proven and that highlight reel...can you say athletic! But want Brooks too. Yes, we are at a place now where we can be greedy.
Re: Garrison Brooks
Now we are down to one top tier big in Mike and he has to sit out next year. I guess SMU could go after a lower second and third tier big that could play next year since UNC has beaten us for Brooks.

For some kids, not having to go to class or do schoolwork will be a big selling point.

Re: Garrison Brooks
We will see what happens, but if we don't have a big that can come in and play next year to allow Semi to play the three, I think it reduces the chance he comes back next year.

Re: Garrison Brooks
So here is the Brooks back door move:
Grab him when he leaves because the heels go on probation. Eligible immediately?

And, you know, playing for the defending national champions might have some pull

I don't recall the WDNWHA Committee ruling on Brooks, so we might leave the door open for a future transfer. Have to ask Mrydel whether any final ruling has been issued
