I am hoping Gary has been taught not to put his finger to his mouth (quiet sign) when he makes a big play at home.

1. James Proche-his freshman numbers project to national recognition as a Senior-and compares to just about anyone we've had around here as a freshman. I don't think he's tapped his full potential yet either
2, RB (insert starter). We've got Jones who has 800 yards in his first 13 games, Braden a 1,000 rusher as a Sophomore and a third stringer that just might beat them out once he learns the position
3. Demmerick Gary-I guess we'll have to see how he handles moving inside and adding weight but so far he's on the right projection.

Arguably, Justin Lawler is close to reaching the superstar level now-he may get there will a great Senior year

Lawler will have more support on the line this year that will help him get recognized.
Wyatt, McQueen and the LSU WR are the others I think.

Quinn, future draft pick. Mark my words.

And Tyler Page is a Quinn 2.0.

I also will go out on a limb and say that Gillins will be a break out star.

That was quieting the critics who said SMU had no chance against Houston. But I get your point LOL.

I know you have an agenda with everything you post so you won't agree but I'm just going on what I've been told by people who don't sugercoat things.

Agenda....haha. Since we're apparently talking about the QB position now, which one of the 3 is your superstar?

Simple question.

Morris has as much or more than anybody to gain or lose this season. He's not going to have many more like Sutton on a team like SMU and the schedule isn't going to be as forgiving after this season.

But more to the point, if he wants the A&M job - and he does - he has to be able to beat UNT, Tulane, UConn, SFA, and so forth. He can't go 5-7 with this team against this schedule and have a chance to move up. This is his shot - he's got to grab it.

Uh, yeah. Widely different opinions on all 3 qb's, with all 3 being called the best by various people on this board.

Enlighten us.

So CBS doesn't think we will be bowl eligible. Guess an alum wrote that article.
