The kids need to pay more attention to their defensive assignments as opposed to their fashion statements! And we need to pay more attention to holding these coaches more accountable than arguing about uniform colors.

I assure you that there will be whites, Asians, Latinos and perhaps Pacific Islanders far Arkansas State as well.
We welcome all fans at Ford and encourage fans of all backgrounds to support their teams as they come into our stadium to get drilled by our Mustangs.

It's not a huge game. If you're getting yourself hyped up for this... well, that's sad.

The only bigger game this year will be one we need for a 6th win. And to get there we really need this one.

.......and there you have it.......the attitude of even the most ardent SMU fan.
The only game that is 'huge' or to get hyped up for is TCU, haha.
The rest of the home schedule: UConn, Tulsa, UCF, Tulane........come on man.....those teams suck, who cares!

Sorry to bring a dose of reality to the board, but this is not a "big" game.
Is it a game we should win? Yes. Is it a game that can help us get a step closer to a bowl, yes. But no sane person would declare this a "big" game.

And since technically this a uni thread, I have no problems with the anthracite. More surprised we're wearing them for this game than anything.

It's a huge game, SMU is in a no-win situation here.
We win, no big deal.
We lose, our chance of bowling gets shot to hell as well as any rep we had. A loss here would be devastating, just like the JMU loss.
