The good news: we aren't good enough to be involved but we're getting there.
Could this lead to the ultimate downfall of the NCAA? Unable to regulate in the playpen!

If Louisville gets convicted and the sex scandal issues counts as an NCAA violation then that would give them 2 NCAA violations in less than 5 years which would make them eligible for the death penalty. We will just have to see how this comes out.

Pardon my ignorance about college athletics, but does this indicate some schools other than SMU have allegedly done something wrong in regards to money?

Always thought if the Feds got involved an issue would be was this $$$ reported as income.

While I understand what you are saying, I'm a little lost on WHEN the Title IX axe will fall. I would think the Feds are not going to proceed until they have done all of the due diligence on the investigation/depositions/case.

All I can say is, I am shocked female athletes at Louisville have not filed XI discrimination lawsuits. They should have equal access to male escorts, shouldn't they?
