This a good game to give Akoy a run. It’s clear jank wants to play everyone on the perimeter and even akoy is trying to do so. Not sure it’s going to work for him.

Ponies have played, at times, like a team on the second half of back-to-back games, but to be up 52-35 with only 11 combined points from Whitt, Foster and McMurray is encouraging

Jankball: Shake Milton bypasses makeable intermediate shot in favor of pass in corner to wide-open Jamal McMurray for 3.
Ponies lead, 62-39
11:13 to go

Emelogu is now 6-6 from the floor, including 5-5 on 3s.

He's now 35-of-56 on 3s this year.
That's 62.5 percent from long range.
That is ridiculous.

Pretty impressive...this SMU team will head into conference play with 6 guys averaging double figures scoring. Tough group to defend

Two-handed dunk by Landrum —┬áall 6 feet of him — puts Ponies up, 84-59, in a game that is not as close as the score.

Amazing that final margin was actually less than what we beat Boise by last night. No comparison of the talent levels between those 2 teams.

I think the point spread ended at 20.5. I would be very upset if I had bet on SMU.

No way is Landrum 6'. But I'll bet you right now he can out-jump Akoy.
