I'm sure you are right, just don't think that really matters - personally I only care about making the tournament, not the polls.

Long-term health of the program depends upon us consistently making the NCAA tournament and doing well in the tournament. If we somehow manage to make it to the sweet sixteen it will have been a much more successful season than either of our last two conference championship seasons. Regular season success will make us regionally relevant but postseason success will make us nationally relevant.

We have not played Northern Illinois. We did lose to Northern Iowa though.

Northern Iowa and WKU were neutral-site losses. And we lost at Tulane.
