SMU v TCU got a great time slot-only College Football game on either Friday or Thursday Nite-I guess because of NFL opener and US Open Tennis. I bet it would get decent ratings if SMU had won last week and the game was competitive. Now it will probably just get great ratings from SMU fans watching at home

It will be interesting to see if the Basketball re-seating had a residual affect on Football season ticket sales. Some of the comments on that Moody Re-Seating Thread suggested it would especially from fans who pared down the number of extra seats in their group

I heard more than one DC sportscaster tell people to bet the farm last week on UT. That said, hopefully, they got some bad sushi for their pregame meal at TCU.

Question for the big time bettors. What happens hypothetically if the game gets late into the 3rd quarter and TCU is 21 up and let’s say there are about 50 points total and the game gets called due to weather. SMU has covered and the total is the under. Do the bets pay?

I will take that bet. SMU +21.5 at the half.
Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner!

Can I push to this to the Michigan game? SMU +35 in the First half?

Usually, a game has to be played 55 minutes for bets to count. Anything less is considered a "no contest" and all bets are returned. However, that cutoff point may vary by book.
