One of these two teams will be playing in a postseason tournament. Wild Mustang seems to think it will be JankΓÇÖs team.

Felt like I needed to post something so that we did not have a one page game thread For the first time in years.

Another game when we play close but always from behind. Never really threaten to win.

Is that another proverbial nail

I still think they're going to win a big game over a team that they're supposed to lose to . Won't make any difference . Unless they sweep the tournament haha

I need to start making some wagers in Vegas on these games. Other team to cover is a really safe bet these days.

I am sure the same 6 posters will continue to blame Jank for tonight's loss. That never gets old.

Our guys actually played good tonight until about the 3 minute mark. We moved the ball well for the better part of the game. It was a tie game with 3 minutes to go.

As much as I appreciate McMurray's circus shots when he makes it, he throws up just as many shots that he misses. He presses and takes everyone else out of the offensive flow of the game. Obviously I am not a fan of his game. To top it all off McMurray plays no defense. None. See the last 5 minutes of the game. I am not blaming McMurray for the loss, far from it, I just recognize that as much as he brings to the table with the flare and impossible shots, he is also responsible for stopping any flow that we may have on offense and he plays no defense. His lack of defense is responsible for his guy scoring, giving up easy points. His lack of defense is responsible for getting our other guys pulled out of position on defense and some other guy other than who McMurray is guarding getting an open look. His lack of defense in previous games has also been behind our guys getting into foul trouble.

Chagois disappeard in the last 3 minutes. Whitt somehow managed to turn the ball over with no one guarding him. I do not get it. Mike was almost invisible for the better part of the game. Feron had close to no points in the second half. Our guys disappeard in the last minutes of the game.

I really appreciate the effort that our guys gave for the better part of the game tonight. Just was not enough to win the game on the road at Temple.

The grave is dug and someoneΓÇÖs crawling into it. Either Jank takes the bullet or might as well start shoveling dirt on the program.

CJ White getting significant burn, no depth, ran Akoy off, knew about Foster and Ray injuries a year ago, didnΓÇÖt bring in any transfers or JUCOs, didnΓÇÖt replace Bill Douglas, hasnΓÇÖt taught anyone to play defense, thought Gnat Dixon would be a game-changer grad transfer.

Even excusing absolutely everything else under the sun, it is all jankΓÇÖs fault. All of it. Blew his schollies on a walk on no-offer PG of the future. His recruiting has been criminally negligent at beat, and he deserves to be fired on those grounds alone.

Five straight losses. Lost 7/8. Finished last year on a 3-10 skid losing to a 9-21 USF team. FEEL THE MOMENTUM.

Who is coaching tonight? Oh, that is right... Coach Jank. The same coach that coached our team to a school record 30-5 (W-L) with 6 players only a few seasons ago. The same coach that stepped up and won the first 10 games a season before that when LB was suspended. The same coach that beat #2 Arizona last season. The same coach who has inherrited a storm of injuries and sanctions. The same coach that gets bashed in 10 different threads on ponyfans. The same coach that gets blamed for poor attendance. The same coach that gets blamed for scheduling. The same coach that gets blamed for injuries. The same coach that gets blamed for a re-seat. Wake up. This is Crazy!

Coach Jank has someohow kept our team in the past 4 to 5 games. There are always going to be people second-guessing play calls. Not every coaching adjustment is going to work everytime. Not everything is going to go SMU's way, but Coach Jank has given our team opportunities to win games.

There are three or four simple, legitimate basketball questions I've asked you, but you refuse to answer any of them. I wonder why?

OK, here ya go: Jank is an average in-game coach and a lazy, terrible recruiter. Go look at our c/o 2019 commits and tell me if thatΓÇÖs a class that can help us compete with the best teams in AAC after McMurray, Jarrey, and Dixon graduate.
