We’re pretty good during periods of cheating our assess off like the rest of the big time programs.
It was nice to have a true home court advantage and yes, home losses were rare. Just checking today, there are 19 teams that are still undefeated at home and although we had some nice winning streaks at Moody, I really don't remember that we ever went undefeated for a full season.PonySnob wrote:It was so great during those years with the feeling that we were going to win every time you walked into Moody. Miss all the dunks and alley-oop plays.Pony ^ wrote:That atmosphere back then was so electric. You could feel it as soon as you walked in. My schedule literally revolved around those games

And numerous home losses this year alone even--with the absolute garbage, pillow-soft OOC intentionally selected by Jankovich--so putrid as to be offensive to anyone who's still a season ticket holder.DanFreibergerForHeisman wrote:18-0 at Moody in the 30-5 2016-17 season.Charleston Pony wrote:It was nice to have a true home court advantage and yes, home losses were rare. 16-1 in 2015-16 and 16-2 in 2014-15.
Also 18-1 in 2013-14 (12-1 at Moody and 6-0 in Garland).
I am not sure that we were ever anywhere close to cheating like the big programs - Which makes our run quite impressive.mtrout wrote:We’re pretty good during periods of cheating our assess off like the rest of the big time programs.
