refs were in on the fix for OU

penalties - OU had 7 for 94 yards, and Coug High 6 for 48 yards........

I hope OU is very very good.
Cinci, UCF and Memphis are all stout.
This weekend will give some indication about whether to be more worried about SMU or UNT.
Where will Tulane fit in the mix?
ECU, UConn and USF are really bad. Tulsa isn't much better.

Is the Briles' tree withering? Tulsa may fire its coach at the end of the year and Kendal went scoreless in the second half vs. Boise State.
