No.
And no.
At peak attendance, there were about 60 students in their section.

Seemed liked they camped out on the grassy knoll. Decent amount of students peaking in the 2nd quarter.

They did great. Student BLVD was busy and over 2,000 scanned into the game - the most in several years. Big props to the students.

SID, I retract my comment then. The student section next to the band was mostly empty, but logic says donΓÇÖt stand in 800 degree heat if other options exist. Glad so many showed and hoping they remember to return next week. Same time. Same channel.

There's a band or DJ in the Doak Walker pavilion an hour before kickoff. I assume that's new and a great addition.

Did SMU run out of fireworks during the game? They stopped shooting them off during the second half.

You know SMU will have arrived back in the big time when the students pack that grassy knoll because the rest of Ford Stadium's seats are full of paying customers. Not sure that will happen in my lifetime but I've learned to never say never. For years, I advocated a smaller (compared to Cotton Bowl/Texas Stadium) stadium on campus and for a remodeled/downsized Moody thinking we would someday have teams playing in front of packed houses. There at least have been games in Ford & seasons in Moody

What's with the stripped out stands? Is this made to make the students stand? Repairs? Or to get people to draw conspiracy theories?

A big trend in newer stadiums is standing room only sections. I am guessing that is the reason for it.

There were a ton of students at the game yesterday ΓÇö they just all moved to the knoll and the home side. I was in 102 and probably 1/3 of the section was students who didnΓÇÖt want to sit in the blazing sun. Hopefully they come back for Texas State.

Trying to get a home game with aggie. They're too stupid to sit down.

Pretty good number of students in 204. Most weΓÇÖve ever seen and pretty vocal.
