Arkansas doomed itself when it left the SWC because it's Texas recruiting profile suffered more than they thought. Unlike LSU, it can't rely mostly on in-state recruits. Chad's only hope is to create a solid pipeline from Texas but ne needs to win really soon to make the place halfway attractive. I don't see it happening in the SEC West. Let's hope JJ doesn't decide to steal Sonny to replace Chad.

Fortunately they’re finally moving into the easy conference schedule...

And in other news, SMU BEATS TCU FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 8 YEARS.

Oh and Chad lost...not Arkansas...Chad.

I've got to tell ya, I really could care less about Arkansas. It is like your High School sweetie that broke up with you during your Junior year...sucks at the moment, but you trade up.

I like our current "sweetie", to the exclusion of the past sweeties....and I'm a diabetic.

The guys that don’t care don’t need to post. The rest of us can enjoy the fall of the 2nd coming. The way he left is a character indicator. F him

SMU was the win of the day. But I have no shame saying that I revel is seeing him lose. He had no class at all.

lol

Arkansas gave us $2,000,000 for Chad Morris and Ben Hicks.

Even I have to laugh at that.

*snicker*

The guy was dumping us for Rapist U... I never forget that.
EFF him.. once he gets sacked I am fine with the Razorbacks, they have been pretty good to SMU over the years.

Always talking about Chad is a loser move - like a ditched chick. It’s just another team. Who cares?

Yes, it is like a ditched chick! We were the ditched chick! Then we got cool. And the person that spurned us got acne and couldn't find a girlfriend to save his life.

They make movies about that kind of crap. It's just like 'Can't Buy Me Love'. Only a little different. At least, I hope we don't get back together with Chad in the end. OK, bad example.

And, no, it's not 'just another team'. Saying that is stupid. It's like saying that all teams that aren't SMU are all the same. They aren't. There are stories and sub-plots and rivalries in football. TCU isn't 'just another team' that we beat. I hate certain teams. That's what makes it fun.
