I'm talking about the number (ok, not the training) of the actual concessions, which I expect to be sold out by about the end of the first quarter.
unfortunately your fears were well-founded. There were several hundred, if not over a thousand, fans still trying to get through security at 7. Some were late arrivals, but the lines were incredibly long before kickoff, too.

There were still people pouring in just after the first quarter. Went out to try and get a drink and the lines were stupid long. It was a disaster. Glad I was in the stadium 30min early.
Only the specialty beer line was semi-reasonable. Great problem to have ΓÇö nice crowd
Speaking of which, I thought to myself when we were down 30-9, for the first time we brought a crowd and the football team let us down. But in the end they didnΓÇÖt. What a win.
Two minute wait for a Deep Ellum IPA 10 minutes before kickoff, 5 minute wait for Dox XX 2 minutes after halftime began.. I could not have been happier!

Their loss...but they were tell their friends they were at the game and how exciting it was. The question is whether they will come back for future games.
