Lost 3-2 on a rebound of a blocked penalty kick. Sad way to lose a great game.

Unlucky goal in overtime on the road against the top seed in the whole tournament. Losing sucks, but SMU have the Cavaliers everything they wanted and more.
Congratulations to Coach Hudson and his team for a great season with one of the best teams in school history.

Virginia deserves that win; they are excellent. However, I do think that was an offensive foul just before the defensive foul that gave up the winning PK/rebound.
Re: Football / Soccer
In OT, its rare to see a referee award a penalty kick. At that point in the game, the penalties could have gone either way. #9 as I pointed out in another thread should be playing linebacker for UVA tonight against Clemson. He just ran through people not caring if he fouled them or not. He drew the penalty. (Interesting that we or Tulsa didn't get him since he's from OK). Great season, sad it ended that way. UVA is a great team but it seems a bit historic, but our finesse style of soccer seems to lose in the tournament when you meet a physical team with skills. #11 and #8 for UVA were exceptional players. It was a classic match.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna
