Tanner should be able to graduate in May - at that time if he wishes, he can transfer without sitting a year

Whether Tanner stays or not I think his decline at the end of the year would give Preston the edge next year at this point. I think Tanner will need to show he is worth keeping Preston Stone on the bench.
