Morris is one of the biggest frauds in the head coaching ranks. On the other hand he (and his agent) are amazing with negotiating his contract and making him a wealthy man that has no head coaching success.

I got nothing from Tampa or St. Pete about Morris. Good o mind running program and he is young.

Id stay away from anything Morris.

He was a successful H.S. coach and did well as an offensive coordinator and recruiter at the college level before the Peter Principle caught up to him. He might do just fine as an assistant somewhere and like you said, he was well paid as the OC at Clemson and in his brief D-I H.C. tenure so should be pretty well set financially.

To continue this discussion, and in support of our collective obsession with all things Chad Morris, wouldn't it be likely if he ends up in Florida it would be with his buddy Gus Malzahn at UCF ? Let the hammer down !

UCF makes a lot of sense because they will be competing with Big XII teams in Texas and Chad could probably help them recruit Texas kids. Utilizing the Texas and Florida recruiting grounds and the school's location in Orlando, UCF could really be competing for Big XII championships pretty quickly.
