ECU won @ Temple last night 73-62. No road win is easy (as # 3 Kansas learned @ UCF last night) and our game @ ECU Saturday is no gimme
Murray State won 77-53 @ 9-6 Missouri State, a really impressive win
Wisconsin won 71-60 @ 12-3 Ohio State

Exciting finish in New Orleans as FAU survives another road loss with a one point win vs Tulane. FAU gets fouled on a 3 point attempt with less than 1 second to play and makes 2 of 3 FTs for the win

Re: Other games of interest
I saw that...a 10 point win at 9-5 Duquesne, a team that hasn't won yet in A-10 play but won @ Charleston and @ Marshall, teams that are currently at the top of the Colonial (now Coastal Athletic) and Sun Belt Conferences, respectively. We need Dayton to stay at the top of the A-10, a conference that has 7 teams in the top 100 NET rankings (compared to only 4 in the AAC)Terry Webster wrote:Dayton won on the road also.

Wisconsin wins 71-63 at home vs Northwestern, a battle between teams that both came in at 12-3

Re: Other games of interest
I know we'd like to see both teams lose but Houston @ TCU is a heck of a game going on right now. TCU up 3 in 2nd half in an atmosphere in Ft Worth that I sure hope we see at Moody before this season ends...and certainly by next year when we are playing ACC opponents

A couple of really exciting games in Big XII play tonight with TCU beating Houston by one and West Virginia holding on to beat Texas by 3 (the latter really good for us obviously)

TCU Women cancel and forfeit two games for not having enough players.

UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

Did anyone see the last play in the UNT game? Does it look like the refs missed a push off against the UNT guy who made the lay up or is that just me?
Re: Other games of interest
I was actually watching it live. There definitely was a bit of a push but I liked the "no call" there, it wasn't blatant and they let them play it out.Terry Webster wrote:Did anyone see the last play in the UNT game? Was very glad UNT won, hopefully they can beat Charlotte and we take care of business at home against Tulsa to set up a big game in Denton in one week.
Probaly won't happen...BUT...maybe it will!!
Re: Other games of interest
Shocker of the night, Bulls were down 20 points to Memphis and came back to win 74-73. Memphis was up 15 at halftime, and missed a last second shot to end the game. There are some tough games ahead in this conference.

Re: Other games of interest
Wichita State jumped out to a 17-4 lead @ FAU and lead most of the game until FAU pulled away late to win by 9. That's been a pattern for FAU this year...having to come back from double digit deficits

UTSA up 53-49 vs FAU in San Antonio. This FAU team is notorious for starting slow but I expect them to win by double digits easily. Memphis blows a 7 point 2nd half lead and loses 81-79 @ Tulane

FAU wins 112-103 @ UTSA. USF beats Wichita State to remain among the 6 one loss teams at the top of the AAC standings
