What’s with the bull pen areas on each side of the end zone? I thought those were going to be grassy hill areas. Might as well put seating over those.

It is my understanding that there will be landscaping on those spots but, agreed, what is the point?

I don’t know if this is the reason, but I think the separation is to keep the horseshoe shape of the original bowl. I like it.
