2009 38-15 (gunslinger crunched, KP thrown in; Houston ranked #17; slightly better players overall, but still inferior; held Houston to 394 yds total offense)
2010 45-20 (KP running the offense, still not in sync; player depth improved)
when I look at this, we were never blown out on a nuclear level, despite having a significant differential in talent level and depth. this year, we have continued to improve in overall depth, and our defense can be stout, with only a few breakdowns. and, finally, the offense is clicking with JJMcD. so........I'm thinking that it's at least a battle, with a fair chance of walking away with a W. is this silly?
Do you know him? He worked for a year in a warehouse so he could come back and represent us (alumni, fans, students) on the football field. It's unlikely anyone on this internet board could do any better.
