he posted a transcript that showed he had good grades. Either he doesn't have the right classes or I speculate he might not have taken his SAT/ACT in time to go on those visits because of long playoff run. Can't take visit until you sit for SAT/ACT

Stallion your the man! I have said before and I'll say it again. You've done your homework on this season's recruitment. Unfortunately for me, I have't the time that I would like to spend nor do I know where to get the details you obviously find. All I have had to go on is what I read on Rivals and Scout, etc. It looked to me like Crockett had played football in JC and at a JC that was known for developing players.

I'm not trying to be smart; I believe you over the pay sites...just sayin if Crockett didn't play JC ball than I don't know what one can believe coming from the internet.

BLACKOUTPONY - I also agree with you in that I thought Crockett looked a bit slow and not very smooth in moves.

Nonetheless, I would guess we are all pretty happy with this SMU class and the way the coaching staff have worked since they were brought on board. Tomorrow should be lots of FUN for PONYS!!!

I also appreciate Stallion's input - he does a lot of homework. Also, I love his enthusiasm for our program.

yeah - I think there are about 8 in front of us, but nobody in G-5 is higher than 50

We end up next year with about 12-13 3 stars and even one 4 star and we are in the high 50's and the top of AAC probably.

Got it. Thanks. I did see he posted those grades on twitter. If it is due to not sitting for a standardized test, would he be eligble for 2015 class after taking the SAT/ACT?

Looks like he was 100% SMU, is highly touted and could be an immediate impact at OLB...hence my curiousity
