it will be in the 60's worst case, if for no other reason then there will be 27 or 28 of them.

Here is a link to Rivals rating formula. Changes were made in 2013. However one thing that wasn't changed is that only the teams 20 highest rated recruits are taken into account. Doesn't matter if you have 27 recruits or 20. The highest rated are the ones that count. There are bonus points as well and you can read all that from the link.

Had multiple FSU fans I know grab me today and comment on recent commits and being "big gets" and saying how impressive our haul is for '16. This class is opening eyes and will change perceptions. It's nice after the past, well, forever.

I think this approach actually makes a ton of sense - thanks for researching

Thanks MM.

So per Rivals, our 2 current weakest links are Blake Carlisle & Kadarius Smith, both rated 5.3

Blake Carlisle - offers from LA Tech, Toledo & Texas St and a Pre-Season All-State 6-A LB.

Kadarius Smith - offers from AF, NM, SD St, Texas St & Texas Tech

Both of these players would be in the top half of a tiki class.
