It's been fun watching Tacko go from unbelievably uncoordinated, coke-bottle-glasses-wearing, I'm-only-here-because-of-my-size type player to who he is this season. He's become a really nice player.

some good rivalry games last night with Louisville over KY and Clemson over S. Carolina. Meanwhile, that same 6-7 St Johns team that lost to Delaware State beat Syracuse 93-60. Yikes!

in former conference mate news, a once competitive UTEP (now 2-8) lost in their Sun Bowl Tournament to 2-11 Maryland-Eastern Shore 71-66. Conference shuffling has really hurt that program

Most since 97....that would have to be Van Horn, right? I saw him play us at Moody.
Barefield is still coming off the bench for Utah. Shot 11-of-15 from the field, 5-of-7 from deep. He did have five TOs though. And Utah lost by three.
