Any truth to the rumor that the renewal percentage is not as high as the past several years?

I get it that some folks have family and personal limits to donations.

For me, SMU gave an intro to tech and real estate to be set. I went 5x on an already decent donation and only chose to move up 6 rows to sit where I camped out in the Doherty days.

Go ponies. Get in the top five consistently in all sports in the AAC, and let's see what shakes out.

Which hopefully will not translate to poor game day atmosphere and butts in the seats when playing teams not named uconn, memphis, etc.

Certainly fewer season ticket renewals but more money. Just what SMU wanted.

Going to be tough for Jank to recruit with a half empty Moody. Hope all the money is worth it.

Last season we had a lot of half empty or worse games because of the season ticket holders who didn't use their tickets.

It will be interesting to see how many people are on that waiting list. We could end up with not only more money, but also a more full stadium by turning over the season ticket holders.
