Yeah but they won't consider geography for an 8/9 or 12 seed.
Yup this. They will try to put them closer to home but if you're that low, it's a crap shoot. Basically 1-5 are protected seeds, after that, you go wherever and most the time 5's, sometimes even 4's don't get to play close to home because they get "bumped" by the higher seeds.
Another good win for our Mustangs. Good defense. Unselfish play on offense. I continue to be impressed by "The Dancing Bear" Markus Kennedy and his footwork around the basket on the offensive end. He always seems to have great balance, plays under control, does not force shots, shows quick feet and always seems to know how to get to the basket. He really brings an element to our team on the offensive end that most teams don't have. Nic Moore really showed us that he could play with 3 fouls for the better part of the second half without getting into foul trouble. It never seemed like he turned down his intensity just because he had 3 fouls, just seemed like he played smarter. We need Nic on the floor. Props to Ben Moore for his relentless effort off the bench. We are going to need that moving forward. Another win at home. Go Mustangs! Beat Cinci Saturday!
Don't think I've seen it mentioned anywhere: The team stayed after the Temple game to give everyone in the crowd a high-five. Some fans got hugs They circled the court as a team Very impressive!

Nah, I'll help the board as much as I can to get them at face. The tickets I have will go regardless so I'm not too concerned. I forget how many the schools get but I think it's some 1,500 for the tourney.

Tickets for everyone! We need to think of some criteria that only the most long suffering Ponyfans qualify. OBF is going to be one popular dude if we make the tourney. Let the sucking up begin.
