the incredible shrinking fan base. will our a.d. and sub-par coach destroy it all? Only the shadow knows. :)

The SMU fans in DC today might actually have been more vocal than most of this season's Moody crowds.

The SMU chant at the end was great. A big thank you to those that were there in support.

Another reminder of the good old days. Hearing that chant rise up out of another team’s house is the ultimate.

Congratulations to the Ponies for a good road win.

This does not let Hart off the hook as this was an away game.

Hart would be let off the hook had this been a home game?

Does anyone know how many butts were in the seats at the Cornell game?

My wife and I guessed there were around 3,000 - 3,500 people there. Most of the 200 sections had 1/2 or more sitting in their seats, and only the nosebleeds were vacant completely. She was surprised it drew that big a crowd on a Saturday night at the start of the Christmas 4 day weekend.

Ponies were rolling with that 34 point lead, and then went stone cold the rest of the way. Was never nervous, but when the lead got to 18, I yelled louder.

I was there to see SMU throttle The Big Red and I counted everyone at the game.

There were 4,131 people, Mr. & Mrs. Claus, and a Victorian dressed singing group that
sang Christmas carols.

Not only that but they gave out baseball hats with the George Bush Library on the front.
What more do you want? No, George & Laura were not there, but Ira Terrell was interviewed
on radio at half time.
