Cool. Not that it matters much but I thought we might drop a bit more than 3 in the RPI last night.

Very interested to see how we move after a win tonight!

The move up to 13 in the RPI held through the late games last night. Wow.

CBS has us 13 as do teamrankings.com and rpiforecast.com

http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketball/rankings/rpi/index1

You sure would think all of them would be the same considering it's a pretty simple mathematical formula, although you obviously have to trust all of the data entry to be accurate.

Harry, which site do you use as your RPI source?

Interesting, because

has us 13 updated at 5:59 AM EDT, Thu Jan 15, 2015

I thought that might be the case. That is their forecast of where teams' RPI will be at the end of the season. Definitely an interesting number, but it is not the current RPI. They show current RPI here:

It will continue to slip except after games against Cinn, Memphie and Temple. The rest of our conference will drag the RPI down

Actually, every team in our conference can hurt our RPI at this point.

SMU - 24

Cincy - 34

Tulsa - 43

Temple - 55

Upcoming Games

Tulane - 123 (Oooohhh)

Houston - 268 (Bam!)

I don't care about that RPI...a road win at Tulane will be a good win

Tulane is a lot higher than anybody expected.

Houston is such a disappointment it's not even funny.
