Rough stretch. It all came down to ball handling, and we really needed Nic in the game to handle that pressure. The first foul he got was totally unnecessary and hurt us pretty bad. Hopefully we get a big boost with him in the early going of the second half.
The turnovers were so bad we couldn't even get Kennedy involved while Nic was out.
It was fun feeling on top of the world for 13 minutes there

I know you can say the same about Memphis, Cincy, Houston, etc and we beat them. But they don't have the shooters that Louisville has or the coaching.
I don't think we pull this one out but you never know with Moody Magic.
You said this about UConn too...
No, not after the first game. They don't have the front court I think is what I said.
This Louisville team is much better than I think they are getting credit for. They have it all: great coaching, good depth, amazing guard play and great shooters.
Just like in the last game, we are making Hancock look all world. I get he was last year's MOP, but he scored a career high against us last time. We are making him look like Larry Bird again. I said that the key to the game for us would be to play solid perimeter D. Their run started with a big 3 and it kept them in this when we started with the run. I know what I'm talking about. Don't criticize my posts - you need to read them more closely.

This.
I've always said that what we need in next year's class is another ball handler/shooter who is not a major liability on defense. Hard to find I know. But if we get the baseball JUCO guy, we need to pick up this skill set somewhere - I'm guessing it would have to be JUCO.

We have no chance without nic Moore. These announcers don't get it. If he stays on the floor, we're up by at least 10 if not more because of how effective he is at breaking the press.

I didn't read the post other than the last line. You said they had no chance against UConn at UConn and wouldn't win. In your post you say "I don't think we pull this one out." I said I'm not too worried. You need to read the response.
And who is downplaying how good Louisville is? Weren't they preseason top 5 or did I read a different AP ranking?
And you must know I love giving you [deleted] at this point.
