Grat nail biting win for me. I stopped drinking at the .10 mark.

May have missed it, but did any listen to Jank after the game. We did not sub the whole second half. He told them to gut it out second half cause they had a week to rest.
He said he didn't sub cause he didn't want to give em any momentum. Really went out of his way to compliment McDowell and that he wanted to get him in the second half, but game dictated that he not sub.
Coach Jank sounded very relieved to get past UCF.
Kudos to the guys on a tough shorthanded victory.

I thought Mcdowell earned some more burn tonight. He boards and hustles for loose balls. Doesn't seem comfortable on O, but wasn't a liability either

Didn't get to watch the game until late. Just finished up. I thought you guys played great. I thought McDowell showed a lot the first half.

I just wish Gu could hit a shot every now and then. Other than his shooting, I think he has a good game right now.

If Shake keeps playing this way we could win the regular season title (or at least co) and be real dangerous in March. I really like this team. They are so fun to watch.
Exciting to think Jarrey, Shake, and Semi will all most likely be back next year. If they all improve that is a really exciting core.

Re: OFFICIAL GAME 22 THREAD: SMU vs. UCF
I think UCF kept using their timeouts in the 2nd half making it easy to keep everybody fresh. He said nobody wanted to come out. I doubt I would have called Timeout if I was UCF. McDowell played 10 minutes with a basket and a steal but most importantly ZERO turnovers-so he did his job

Jank was very complimentary of Gu's D. People should lighten up on the guy...he is a valuable piece. As to Ben Moore, many of his shots were from two feet beyond his normal kill zone.
