Please name the QB or QBs interested in SMU and who might have been admitted and who performed well wherever they matriculated than Hicks at SMU? I understand might be made because it might be hard to name one who had better receivers.
Please don't rehash the commitment and defection of Charlie Brewer (or Davey Moore).
For 10 years, tiki & chad were by far the highest paid non-P5 HCΓÇÖs, both were also known as offensive masterminds.
For some reason, both struck out at recruiting QBs. I do think Hicks was our best recruit. I was never enamored with him, but to say there are 3 QBs on this roster better than our all-time leader in yards, completions and TDs (accomplished in his first 3 years) is a bit of a stretch to me.
Yet it is true

remember when we had a Top 10 Offense with the "worst QB in SMU History"
Arkansas has signed or committed 6 four star Receivers under Morris-get ready to eat some crow when they mature. Arkansas now has one of the top young recruited receiving corps in the country
Justin Stepp is one of the best WR Coaches in both coaching and recruiting the Country
"With a quarter of a tank of gas, we can get everything we need right here in DFW." -SMU Head Coach Chad Morris
When momentum starts rolling downhill in recruiting-WATCH OUT.

Morris and staff just trying to do what they did at Clemson. They have a much better chance of having that level of success at Arkansas than they ever did at SMU, but I still like Sonny's QB better than I ever liked Hicks

Old Tiki didn't strike out at recruiting QBs. Maybe batted .333. Mitchell, Padron, and you forget he recruited Gilbert as a transfer who at last check was playing this season for the Cleveland Browns.
Most call in fans here were predicting the score to be in the 45-14 range but many said they would not be happy with Arkansas scoring less than 60 points. They have a way to go.

Morris seemed frazzled at the halftime interview (too much RedBull?) and SEC Halftime Report anchors were not holding back on poor Razorback first half.
