all on coaching. at this level, you can't just "let your players play". You have to create a culture of desperation/domination . .. put your throat on a team and put them away. that's on coaching.

Zach is averaging 7.7 yds per carry and Gilbert 5.4 per pass attempt

Kid has a rocket arm but cant tune it down when he needs to.

GG is what he has been all year-AVERAGE and below average at best.

Yep.

Has brief periods of showing what he could be. Only to revert right back to what he actually is.

He's had 2 bad throws. One over throw (to DT on the sideline) his hand was being hit as he threw and made the ball sail. He needs to improve no doubt, though. What's worse is the play calling (and the WRs are not getting much separation - what's going on with Dieter - not even thrown to yet . . . VERY disappointed in DT's performance this year so far). I'm not panicking yet, though, let's see how we come out. If flat, we're screwed. If motivated, I think we're ok. Again, all on coaching. I'd be chewing their asses at halftime (would not do it very often but this would be the time . . . ).
