Oh they showed up in the first half but Tulane made halftime adjustments to stop SMU.

I like HCCM but Willie Fritz can flat out coach too.

I always say he is an example of the best recruiting combined with the worst coaching. You think he can coach because you watched the first half of the Navy game last night?

No I have have followed him when he was at Sam Houston State and Georgia Southern. The announcers just mentioned how well Tulane made halftime adjustments. The man can coach and has won everywhere he has been.

There's really no need to be surprised, we've all seen this refrain play out time after time. We are SMU, and when the prospect of prosperity presents itself, we turn our back on it. Seizing such an opportunity... To follow up a huge w with a win setting up an even better HC opportunity.. Would have been the nice change, surprising and welcome.

So now.. It's time to reject what's most common and figure out a way dammit. Please.
