You should watch what you say, not very smart for a freshmen to be talking like that about an upperclassmen, and it's Spaz at that...
BTW... Just curious, who on this message board is/was a member of the Mustang Band? Please post Frosh year.

Band
Frosh '00 ...khUy mNe po (univ of nevada, absolutely stupid slogan though, dont blame me)...woohoo we won homecoming that year! Played (and WON) first game in GJF Stadium, marched in Inaugural Parade.
Great to see so many band alums on here. There's no doubt the band creates not only close friendships but also many, many, many die-hard SMU fans.

Wow
Arkpony, what instrument did you play? If you (or anyone else in this thread for that matter) comes back to campus for homecoming, pull out a horn and play along with us. Even if you can't really play for that matter, it's fun for us to talk and share experiences with the older guys (AND gals, DiamondM).

I played both slide and valve trombone. SOld them both and bought a 5 string banjo which I played professionally on the east coast, touring with Cass Elliott at one time. Then I took up Blues Harp which I now play with a local blues band. Is there room for a blues harp in the alumni Band on the Blvd I wonder?
