I want to see a win as much as anybody, but I think you guys are underestimating the talent gap and the home field advantage. Say what you want about the Aggies, but it's going to be the first time most (if not all) of our team has seen 70,000 screaming fans.
If SMU makes mental mistakes early, it could get ugly REALLY quickly. The key is for them to remain calm and confident. If the game is close at halftime, they have a chance. SMU is still yet to prove they can do anything from behind, though.

I am counting on a good defensive game. I am also betting neither offense gets on track. I am very nervous that the Ags will pound us with the run and depth will prevail. Aggie home opener will have alot of noise and emotion. I hope our young team can keep from getting intimidated by Kyle Field.
I don't know. My gut tells me we get creamed. My heart says I hope we win. So, I'll compromise. Aggies 38- SMU 13. We don't deserve to even be on the same field with the Aggies. And I predict on Monday, there will be at least 20 posters calling on Turner to fire Copeland and Bennett.
