We need to think outside of the box, what would really get us good recruits and a shot at a better team......a female coach, esepcially a very attractive female coach that runs services similar to Heidi Fliess's.

Need to stay clear of Jeff Ruland from Iona, who was mentioned in the initial post. He and his program are in the middle of all the crap with D-1 Scheduling...same people that cost Wayne Morgan, the Iowa State coach his job a few weeks ago.
What about Melvin Watkins? Yeah, he crapped out at A&M, but he was very successful at UNC-Charlotte and he recruited talent like Antoine Wright, Acie Law, and Joseph Jones.
Other names...Arrow at TAMU-CC, the SHSU coach (is it Marlin), Sutton at ORU, doesn't Fran Fraschilla live in UP?
