If Bennett gets fired our choices would be: (1) An assistant coach with a successful Division 1 program (like Bennett); (2) A 1-AA (or now to be called Tournament Division) head coach (like Cavan); or (3) a retread who is either past his prime, or was fired in disgrace. We would not be in a position to get any current Division 1 coach from any BCS conference. We might get a MAC coach or a WAC coach but that would be considered a lateral move and they'd know that Bennett, Cavan, and Rosseley all successful coaches in their prior lives washed out here.

so we go out and get RC from A&M who has already has "national reputation," and who I'm sure hates getting paid 7 figures to play golf with big time money donaters... threads like these that come up once a month about replacing PB is like espn over analizing the draft! we just went 5-6 how about everyone relax a little bit and let him keep building us into a football program again. everyone acts like we had a terrible season last year....

Name one coach with a "National reputation" that would take this job with a better resume than PB? This should be really funny!!!

Did I miss something? According to your post, we pay the BB coach $600,000 and the football coach $5,000,000! What's wrong with this picture?
