Dickerson also visited SMU's athletic offices during the 3rd or 4th year of the team returning from the death penalty which was reported in the DMN. Someone mentioned the speech Dickerson gave at the UCLA game, the appearance of James and Dickerson at the 20th ReUnion, James' appearance at the CUSA announcement, the fact that James' daughter goes to SMU and the fact that it has been IMPOSSIBLE for James to go to SMU games since he has been a color commentator for NCAA games or behind the analyst desk for years. How about the 20-30 years that Doak Walker and Don Meredith were completely absent from SMU? What about Jon Koncak has he ever been to an SMU game? As usual we got a lot of people talking about things they know nothing about. Of course, I'm sure a lot of players came back from the post DP days-but then again who cares?

You're not being fair about Koncak.

He actually took a cut in pay when he went to the NBA.

He couldn't afford to come back.

Of course, he was overpaid.
