simulating seasons on playstation does not count as being a college coach... although you have the right vocabulary to be a pretty good one, or possibly a rapper

Jdub is completely wrong about everything he posts....Ole Phil thrives on this kind of stuff it gets his blood going and brings that sinister grin out on his face to know that some of his players actually care. Had this not taken place in front of the coaches it wouldn't have been as important. Yes players need to to take actions into their own hands when the coaches don't do anything

i coached high school football for two years, and those kids got in fights all the time... does that mean i was a bad coach?

Fights between stupid high school kids happen, they shouldnt just happen between D1 athletes, use that emotion on the field and not in the MEETING room! Come on that probably divided the team up if it did anything; kids that like muse, and kids that like mccray. A fight during two a days in the heat shows emotion but in the MEETING room show lack of control

Finally, a bad-@ss leader on this team. Haven't heard of this happening before.
Sure you have. Remember when our vaunted QB whipped up on that gay stalker of his?
This is totally different. Muse was "correcting" a teammate for his lack of intensity and caring about the program. The team needs that from certain players, to be successful.

Big deal, he makes them both run after practice, life goes on.
