I am not endorsing Kragthorpe as our next coach, just making the argument that he would be much better than Bennett. Although I do think he would be a better fit than Shula, Nutt and Applewhite. Franchione wouldn't be as bad as some make it seem.

Of the coaches I think are attainable I would be happy with: Gary Barnett, Terry Bowden, or Tommy Bowden.

Give him credit for Championships too including CUSA Title Game too-that's the goal isn't it?

Kragthorpe's worst year is better than all but two of Bennett's years. And he took over a team with a worse record. But hey, his career was only marginally better than Bennett's. :roll:
