Lets move Forward, what you say?
It's not like SMU sells the actual jerseys anyways. All we have is the little knockoff they sell down at the bookstore. Not that those aren't nice, but I like the nikes they wear for real.
Now to new jerseys. I wasn't old enough to really remember the classic white helmets, but I want to bring back blue jerseys and the white helmets would be an improvement. I also kind of think JJ needs to create his own identity at the school. But really just change it up, period.

It's like I posted in a thread a few days ago... JJ loves black. When he and J. Glanville were in Atlanta, they changed the Falcons to black... then at Hawaii black became the central color. Even the green that he kept was a very dark green.
I have a feeling he will come up with something new, it will have a lot of black... and you guys will love it. Trust me... you will.

Gooooo Georgia Bulldogs!
I love the Dawgs, but no thanks. "Go Red! Go Black! Go Mustangs S-M-U!" just doesn't have a ring to it. Nor does "Hail to the red & the black..." See where I'm going with this?

The death penalty happened before I was in kindergarten, and I've been an alum of SMU for several years. Get over it. Everyone cheated. We got caught. Stop treating the 80s like some sort of taboo that has to be purged from history.
Correct Couch em-- everyone cheated.
As I recall ED drove onto campus with a maroon car courtesy of a TAMU Alum.
Now, ... back to the unis that struck fear in opponents!
