Sign them up for the basketball team
haha, cant blame this on drinking cuz i havent had one yet...meant to say years...YEARS...
USC has an on campus bar called Traditions. It's JAMMED with alumns hitting on coeds before every game. You can also use your discretionary spending card so your parents pay for everything. The article was talking about having more Friday morning classes to curb drinking. Who in their right mind would sign up for a Friday morning class and if you were forced to take it, you would just start drinking at lunch time every Friday.
how many 21 year old even live on campus? so how exactly does this cut down on drunken driving?
And who is going to the campus bar when you can BYOB for tailgate?
This wasn't well thought out. We had Jacks. Everyone walked there, and SMU tore it down. That might as well have been a campus bar...
And I seriously doubt fraternities will hire police to check IDs at their 'on campus' parties. You are telling me that every freshman, sophomore and half of the juniors are going to stay sober for a party on campus. I do not see that working either.
The amnesty rule makes perfect sense and should be in effect immediately tho.
