Yes they do, and we've played in some real toad-stranglers before, although they usually come later in the year. I've seen games played with several inches of standing water on the field and rain so hard you couldnt see either goalie from midfield. Lightning will force them to clear the field, though. Rain games suck, I always get sick the week after.

Get out the butter because you've been on a roll lately.
I like the basic quip but how about: If you were on any more of a roll you'd be butter.

Considering Katrina was a 3 when it made landfall, I'd agree with you.

Reading this reminds me of Brando grumbling "Get the butter!" in
Last Tango in Paris..... and that disturbs me.

True and it's easier on the pores, which promotes healthy, unblemished skin.

I don't know, but pretty sure if you are 40 year-old one, you are a man.

It means you have two, just in case something happens to the first one, thus you have an extra.... you know, I was a history minor. We covered the whole ritual virgin sacrifice thing, so I'm an expert.

Well there's that, I do have a reputation to uphold.

For those like myself who are planning on viewing the football game via a dish, hopefully the weather will not cause a reception problem.

If you want to see a bad weather game in Lubbock, check this out
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=negx_XsHWRQ&NR=1
This game is from 1976, one of our best teams ever.
You can find highlights of the 1982 game at this site also, one that Pony fans will enjoy more.
