Peruna needs a bodyguard. Maybe his blanket can be turned into a bullet proof one.

KS, I think that since we accepted them they are members of our family.. Just a much as someone that is adopted into a family is. I know the detest is directed suppose to be directed towards the administration but when people start calling the poor horses names like gluestick and others, that is hatred towards them. I could see some renegade student that has been getting riled up by everyone trying to do this.KnuckleStang wrote:Nobody wants to poison the horses, although I'm not sure I would call these horses "members of the SMU family." If there is any animal in danger of being poisoned here, it would be Peruna. Just like BLM is an SMU player and still part of the family, we should not say degrading things about him (i.e. name calling) so so we at least be respectful of our 2 additions to our family. No we all do not agree with things the people do but the 2 horses were in bad situations and were supposed to come to a caring home not a hating home. I would encourage all not to take it out on them. As much hard hate toward them as I an reading I just hope someone does not try to poison the 2 horses.
Get ready for lots of nifty rope tricks folks!
And I'm all for donating them to the equestrian program, so don't talk to me about "we need to save the horses."

We didn't beg for them. JJ begged for them and GT caved in.Hmmm, I thought we ended up begging for them?
They are "adopted into the family" about as much as a kid would be if the government said "we are giving you this child and you WILL raise it like it or not".SMU 86 wrote: KS, I think that since we accepted them they are members of our family.. Again, this seems to fall in line with my thought that maybe, just maybe, Varsity Shop is suffering early onset dementia. He is full of complete nonsense. Then again, he is a Spin Doctor. Maybe we should start calling him "little miss can't be wrong?"expony18 wrote:jesus, shut up with your nonsense.VarsityShop wrote:That sell out almost every game! I should have clarified the We. I meant to put quotes around it. Not We as those who support Peruna but "We" as in those who allegedly accepted on our behalf.Diamond Girl wrote:I don't think anyone would try to poison the horses. VarsityShop has overreacted again by suggesting this in the first place.

SMU went to them first and not the other way.couch 'em wrote:They are "adopted into the family" about as much as a kid would be if the government said "we are giving you this child and you WILL raise it like it or not".SMU 86 wrote: KS, I think that since we accepted them they are members of our family.. Diamond Girl maybe you should get your facts straight or maybe read before your haste results in posting incorrect statements. I did not "suggest this in the first place".Diamond Girl wrote:I don't think anyone would try to poison the horses. VarsityShop has overreacted again by suggesting this in the first place.
