you guys and your Markus Hunt love. Yes he's improved. But Jagared has taken it to a new level. His performance is usually what we have seen from Ft Worth with a sophomore who ends up being an All American. He dominated that football game Saturday like few at SMU have done in 20 years. He forced at least 8 plays in the defensive backfield. He's something like 2nd in the Country in Tackles for Loss and 5th in Sacks

JD is definitely Our Most Valuable player on Defense. But when speaking of most improved i think that plays out over the season. I have my eye on Keenan Holman. But Margus and Darius are definitely in the discusssion

WRs - Darius, but it would be great if it was Holman
Backfield, Padron will have trouble being much better than last season but a little better would be great as he had the #5 efficiency rating last season. Line has been a big surprise so far so I will pick him, but it would be great if it was Fields.
OL - ?
Final O answer - Darius
DBs - Ryan Smith, Banjo has been great already, but it would be nice if it was Chris Parks
LBs - JG Davis because he is becoming a monster, #1 in the country in TFLs
DL - Hunt, because he will continue to grow, TT was our leading sacker last season so less opportunity to grow but he will. It would be nice if it was O'Guin but I do not expect it.
Final D answer - JG Davis, because he will dominate.
Final Team answer - Darius I hope. That mean the offense is really cooking.

Margus Hunt. On one play Saturday he took the OL and shoved him back all the way to the QB and then reached out with one hand to impede the QB. If he keeps improving his techniques and knowledge of the game, he will possibly be the best defensive lineman ever at SMU and that includes Kelcher. Having said that he has further to go than anyone else because he is so raw.

Defense: I could go with any of the Linebackers, but I am going in another direction - Crawford. He will come around and be totally different by the end of the season.
Offense: KP
